The final instalment of this gripping saga. M20151101_024038
This is the last bright meteor from the Halloween special. Analysis designated this one as a Mag -5.4 Draconid. Further analysis may confirm this. An interesting and strange night. Although many meteors were captured by my cameras, with many being quite bright, these 3 fireballs were all captured with the North camera.

Hi, Good stuff! After getting the nice spectrum a couple of weeks back of the (possible) STA it would be really great to get some from the NTA branch as well. We certainly seem to be catching a lot of Taurid fireballs this year. cheers, Bill.

Thanks Bill. I'm planning to set up a spectral cam in the near future if I can source the right lens. The feelers are out, so to speak. Finding the lens is going to be the difficult part. Once I have that, the rest of the setup should be fairly simple. Then there is just the learning curve to get to grips with.
