Hi, Last May the NEMETODE team were successful in recording a number of these meteors whose parent is comet 1P/Halley. From our northern latitudes they are tricky to capture, being mainly visible in the Twilight Zone shortly before sunrise. Here's an example captured on the morning of 2014 April 19, although I fear that we could be clouded out for this year's display. Cheers, Alex. Attachments:

 ![]() Hi Alex, Nice one ... didn't think we'd be getting Eta Aquarids quite so early as 19th April but I've checked my records and sure enough, my analysis of the same event has it as an etA Nothing but cloud forecast for at least the next week :-( Cheers William
