There is a piece on this possibility in Peter Jenniskens 'Meteor Showers & their Parent Comets ' Pp 349- 350 and some Russian predictions too that can be found by Googling. Just a watching brief then for those that would be out there looking for Taurid activity.

Hi, Not a chance of seeing any Hartleyids! The only meteors here were of the "hydro-meteor" type. Pounding rain and more pounding rain.
Anybody else had better skies? cheers, Bill.

Rain pouring down here too in t'hills of westernmost Yorkie land on and off over the last 48 hours. Little if any evidence of activity from 'reliable' internet sources of 103/P Hartley debris. Any clear sky I have seen has been in daylight !
