Hi All, The IMO graph is showing some activity but I've not had any chances yet. I've had near continuous cloud for weeks and it's still not looking good for my location. cheers, Bill.

Not a hope!, it stopped raining for a while and the cloud did break (a little). Saw absolutley nothing through the gaps that were there for only a few minutes before it started raining again. It blowing a gale again and tipping down once more, probably going to see nothing of the peak this year.

Hi Bill - really sorry to hear that you've been clouded out - looks like the best of the weather is in the south. Had hoped to be able to help you out with triangulation data on any spectra you may have obtained.
There were only two or three reasonably bright ones last night picked up by the cameras - I thought there would be more but maybe they passed outside the FOV ... the brightest one up towards yourself was picked up by both David Anderson and myself at 23:41:38
Hope you get some clear skies soon.
Best regards
William

Just reviewed Friday nights video captures. Despite the awful conditions I actually captured 5 Geminds. They must have been quite bright as there were signs of cloud plus the grating. No actual spectra though. I see from the IMO page it was a good show with zhr of 100+ Oh well hopefully the Quadrantids will be better.... cheers, Bill.
