In an attempt to provide accurate data for the network, I am re-analysing all my recent data and have some questions. I'll tackle them one by one so that the info doesn't become convoluted. What is the simplest way to trim a clip? and is it vital for analysis.? and How do you deal with multiple meteor trails on the same clip.?
After the productive Geminids evenings I have many avi's with 2 or 3 meteor trails in them, some with the meteoroids all appearing within a couple of seconds. They have analysed correctly, but obviously there is only one timestamp for the avi. Should I separate the avi into 3 clips using something like 'Virtual Dub' and then add the timing correction, or should I be doing something else.
At what point in the clip do you take the time from. Is it the point the meteor trail starts or a few frames prior to the start.?
